Our Team
The founders of ResSource are two experienced professionals in Reservations Management, that have been working for the best hotels in the world. Besides the know-how and the experience in managing reservations departments for many hotels at the same time, they have the capacity to improve the quality of the customer service, and consequently, increase the revenue and occupancy levels of each property.

I started my career with Starwood Hotels and Resorts in Cork, where I had the chance to sell and book more than 1000 hotels in the world. I joined the Four Seasons Park Lane in November 2015, and there I was also able to sell the three UK hotels, this is where I actually met Mafalda.
I always wanted to learn more and challenge myself so in 2020 I accepted the position of Revenue manager for three hotels in Albufeira and Estoril.
In September 2021 over a phone call I told Mafalda about the idea of an outsourced reservations office, to which she immediately embraced and asked to be part of it, and a few months later we made this idea a reality.

I started my career in the UK in October 2007, at the Doyle Collection. Here I had the chance to work at the Front Office and Reservations department. My last job at Doyle was as Cluster Reservations Manager (where I managed the reservations department for the three London hotels). In January 2013 I joined the Four Seasons Park Lane where I was responsible for the coordination and planning of all activities within the cluster reservations department plus the leading and motivating of the reservations team.
In both companies, I managed and leaded teams of 10, or more, people and assisted the Director of Revenue with defining the best price strategy, work on the weekly three month forecasts by business mix to access the best yield management.
In 2017 I accepted the invitation of AC Group to join as Reservations Manager. AG Group is a Destination Management Company dedicated to the luxury segment, I currently work as Director of Operations and oversee the day to day operations of the groups and FIT teams. I also work very closely to the CEO to decide on the best strategy to grow and develop the company.
