\nI started my career with Starwood Hotels and Resorts in Cork, where I had the chance to sell and book more than 1000 hotels in the world. I joined the Four Seasons Park Lane in November 2015, and there I was also able to sell the three UK hotels, this is where I actually met Mafalda.
\nI always wanted to learn more and challenge myself so in 2020 I accepted the position of Revenue manager for three hotels in Albufeira and Estoril.

Iniciou a sua carreira no departamento de reservas da Starwood Hotels and Resorts<\/i> em Cork, onde teve a possibilidade de fazer reservas para mais de mil hot\u00e9is.<\/p>\n

Passado algum, aceita a proposta de coordenar o departamento de reservas da empresa, em Londres (onde se incluem os cinco hot\u00e9is da cidade).<\/p>\n

Em finais de 2015, junta-se \u00e0 equipa de reservas (na altura, coordenada pela Mafalda) do Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts <\/i>com sede em Park Lane,<\/i> onde vende os tr\u00eas hot\u00e9is existentes no Reino Unido. Dois anos depois, pede transfer\u00eancia para o Ritz de Lisboa, onde fica respons\u00e1vel pelo departamento de reservas.<\/p>\n

Sempre com o desejo de aprender mais, em 2020 o Duarte aceita o desafio da posi\u00e7\u00e3o de Revenue Manager<\/i> para um grupo de tr\u00eas hot\u00e9is situados em Albufeira e no Estoril, onde ficou por 2 anos e onde tinha como principais fun\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0 1)\u00a0 Acompanhar e monitorizar estrat\u00e9gias de pre\u00e7os para clientes individuais e grupos 2) Analisar e gerar relat\u00f3rios de mercado, visando obter uma previs\u00e3o de procura e tend\u00eancia de pre\u00e7os bem como a tomada de decis\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia tarif\u00e1ria e de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n

I bring to ResSource more than 15 years of hotel experience, with particular focus in assembling and leading different reservations teams.<\/p>\n

I started my career in the UK in October 2007, at the Doyle Collection. Here I had the chance to work at the Front Office and Reservations department. My last job at Doyle was as Cluster Reservations Manager (where I managed the reservations department for the three London hotels). In January 2013 I joined the Four Seasons Park Lane where I was responsible for the coordination and planning of all activities within the cluster reservations department plus the leading and motivating of the reservations team.<\/p>\n

In both companies, I managed and leaded teams of 10, or more, people and assisted the Director of Revenue with defining the best price strategy, work on the weekly three month forecasts by business mix to access the best yield management.<\/p>\n

In 2017 I accepted the invitation of AC Group to join as Reservations Manager. AG Group is a Destination Management Company dedicated to the luxury segment, I currently work as Director of Operations and oversee the day to day operations of the groups and FIT teams.
