{"id":6651,"date":"2022-01-09T11:28:47","date_gmt":"2022-01-09T11:28:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ressource.me\/reservations-coordinator-junior-senior\/"},"modified":"2022-01-09T11:28:47","modified_gmt":"2022-01-09T11:28:47","slug":"reservations-coordinator-junior-senior","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ressource.me\/en\/reservations-coordinator-junior-senior\/","title":{"rendered":"Reservations Coordinator (junior\/senior)"},"content":{"rendered":"&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Answer all enquiries, in a professional and consistent way, ensuring all the guests needs are identified and options are pro-actively suggested<br\/>Ensure all reservation details are correctly entered into the property management systems and that guest information is accurately maintained<br\/>Ensure all confirmations are accurately sent out within 4 hours making personal references to their choices<br\/>Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests<br\/>Ensure all other administrative duties are completed to ResSource Standard Operating Procedures for the Reservations Department for each property<br\/>Ensure an excellent working relationship with all colleagues within the company<br\/>Assist the Revenue &amp; Reservations Manager and Director of Revenue &amp; Reservations Management<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant education.<br\/>Experience: Previous Reservations and\/or Front Office, High Volume Call Center and technological savvy (reservation programs).<br\/>Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Portuguese, Communication Skills, Strong Customer Service.<br\/>Knowledge of travel trade accounts.<br\/>Able to liaise effectively with the hotels.<br\/>Excellent presentation and communication skills.<br\/>Ability to work under pressure.<br\/>Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate his\/her team.<br\/>Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.<br\/>Possess high degree of stamina, agility, and flexibility.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What will it be like to work for ResSource?<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We initiated our journey as an innovative StartUp and we aim to be a leading global reservations company.
